The filling valve is used to fill closed heating systems and their pressure regulation . The required outlet pressure can be set with the control wheel. The integrated pressure reducing valve then compensates for pressure fluctuations of the inlet pressure , so that the outlet pressure is not affected. A non-return valve is also included , which protects the drinking water distribution from the return of water from the heating system.

The valve can be retrofitted with a manometer for precise monitoring of the pressure in the pipeline. The manometer must be purchased separately. The required pressure is set on the scale of the control wheel .

In total, the valve consists of a valve body, a spring cover with a control wheel and a scale, a spring, a valve insert, a built-in non-return valve, a shut-off valve insert with a knurled control wheel. The valve at both ends has both external and internal threaded connections for greater flexibility.
