Rotary actuator for control of air dampers with fail-safe function in case of power failure. Designed for use in ventilation and air conditioning applications to regulate the passage of air through ducts. The fail-safe function is provided by a return spring which is under tension in constant tension. In the event of a power failure, the spring automatically resets the drive to a safe position .
