Download PDFPressure switch for gases and liquids for mechanical pressure measurement in HVAC systems. It is used to protect against too low or high pressure, but it can also be used to switch compressors and fans.
The switch is designed for gaseous and liquid media. Can be used for fluorinated, non-aggressive refrigerants and lubricating oils.
The switch has an automatic reset and allows you to set the switching point and switching difference. To do this, use the scale under the transparent window in the cover, which must be removed for adjustment.
It is possible to combine the switch with all devices or systems that can process the output signal from the switch.
The switch should be located on the side near the bottom of the pipe. The pressure should not be measured at the top of the pipe, where there is a risk of misinterpretation of the pressure values due to air pockets, but also directly at the bottom of the pipe, where the measurement may be affected by impurities.
The switch should be located on the upper side where it will not come into contact with condensate.
