Rotary actuator for control of air dampers with emergency function in case of power failure. Designed for use in ventilation and air conditioning applications to regulate the passage of air through ducts. The emergency function is provided by a return spring which is under tension in constant tension. In the event of a power failure, the spring automatically resets the drive to a safe position .
