Rotary actuator for ball valves with fail-safe control function equipped with an auxiliary switch. Easy installation directly on the tap with a single screw. The position relative to the tap can be selected from four options, each in 90 ° steps. The drive is protected against overload, requires no limit switches and stops as soon as the limit stop is reached. The auxiliary switch can be set in the range 0 ... 100% for signaling needs.

Function

The actuator moves the valve to the working position at the same time as the return spring is tensioned. When the power supply is interrupted, the valve turns back to the emergency position due to the force of the tensioned spring.
