Download PDFThe E2618-LEL concentration sensor is a member of the new PluraSense ® range of multifunction meters. It uses a fully calibrated and temperature-compensated semiconductor sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long life.
The E2618 series sensors are an intelligent solution for modern applications with ModBus RS485 communication and two analog outputs 4-20mA / 0-10V .
With two types of sensors:
The device can be delivered with or without a display LCD.
Propane (C 3 H 8 ) | Petrol fumes (C 6 H 14 ) | Methane (CH 4 ) | Butane (C 4 H 10 ) | Hydrogen (H 2 ) | Acetylene (C 2 H 2 ) |
THE DETECTOR IS DEFAULTALLY CALIBRATED TO PETROL VAPORS.
Each sensor is factory calibrated to default values (described in the manual). However, recalibration is necessary after some time. The metal oxide sensor has a period of 12 months and a service life of 5 years. For the catalytic sensor, the recalibration time is shorter, 3 ... 6 months, with a sensor life of 3 years. Calibration may only be performed by a person certified by the manufacturer.
