The thermostatic head with integrated IMI HALO sensor is used to regulate the temperature in the rooms. It is attached to radiator valves with connection size M30x1.5. The liquid-filled heat sensor offers high control accuracy .

The temperature is adjusted by turning the head cover to the desired level between six and twenty-eight degrees Celsius. The marking on the head is directly in steps . The set temperature can be blocked at a given value by means of a safety stop. Frost protection is a matter of course.

The head is suitable for use in places with increased hygiene requirements, such as in the healthcare or food industry and others. The smooth cover is easy to clean quickly.

Function

The head responds to a change in room temperature by closing or opening the radiator valve based on the expansion of the liquid in the sensor. If the temperature rises, the liquids in the sensor expand and act on the bellows. It then acts on the radiator valve and closes it. Conversely, when the temperature drops, the liquid contracts and thus allows the valve to open. The head thus does not require any additional energy for its operation.
