Thermostatic head for space heating control for mounting on radiators, convectors and other heating objects . It precisely regulates the room temperature according to the comparison of the measured and set value. The room temperature is measured using an integrated liquid sensor. The presence of frost protection is a matter of course.

The temperature is set by turning the head cover according to the numerical marking . There are two stops that allow you to set the maximum and minimum temperature to prevent accidental readjustment. Color resolution helps to better orient the direction of rotation. In addition, the day and night symbols suggest the ideal energy-saving setting for each part of the day.

Function

The head responds to a change in room temperature by closing or opening the radiator valve based on the expansion of the liquid in the sensor. If the temperature rises, the liquids in the sensor expand and act on the bellows. It then acts on the radiator valve and closes it. Conversely, as the temperature drops, the liquid contracts, allowing the valve to open. The head thus does not require any additional energy for its operation.
