Magnetic Filters

Magnetic filters for heating and cooling systems can be divided into three groups, according to their filtration function.

The first group consists of air separators, which remove unwanted air bubbles from the systems. Too much air in the heating system can cause noise and reduce heating efficiency.

Another issue can be physical impurities and magnetite particles found in the pipes of heating systems. Dirt separators with magnets capture these particles and impurities thanks to an integrated magnet. They prevent system wear and increase heating performance.

Dirt and air separators combine the functions of both. One device removes both air bubbles and physical impurities.

From the perspective of system efficiency, it is always better to install an air separator and a dirt separator separately. In installations where it is difficult to install both devices separately, a combined separator represents an ideal solution.
