Greater Performance or Even More Reliable Operation - SCALA Pump in a Twin Version

The SCALA1 domestic waterworks offers plumbers and users a groundbreaking technical innovation, which is the possibility to assemble a TWIN (twin) version of this domestic waterworks. If you need to achieve a higher flow rate (up to 10 m³/h), or if you want to have 100% backup, then SCALA1 TWIN is a possible solution for you.

Using a special accessory set, you can connect two waterworks both hydraulically and communicatively - electronically. This set includes a base plate, connecting pipes with valves, a communication cable for both electronics, and mounting screws. All smart features are, of course, included in this twin version TWIN.

You can operate two connected waterworks in two modes, depending on what you expect from them. You choose the operating modes via a smartphone with the GO Remote app. If you want the pumps to be equally utilised, you set either the desired number of starts or the length of operating time before the pumps switch between each other. The pumps then change priority, which one starts first each time the set value of operating time or number of starts expires.

If you expect greater performance (flow), you can choose the Operation/Assist mode, where both pumps can run simultaneously. When the first pump can no longer meet the demand on the supply side, the second pump is activated to assist.

If you expect 100% backup, you choose the Operation/Backup mode. In this mode, only one pump will run at a time, with the second pump serving as a backup.

For the twin version of the SCALA TWIN pumps, you can use either two SCALA1 3-45A pumps or two SCALA1 5-55A pumps or two SCALA2 3-45 pumps.
